You send this form
One field: the address you used. It is the key everything is filed under.
- 02
You confirm from your inbox
An email arrives with two buttons: confirm or cancel. Nothing is deleted until you press confirm, otherwise this form would be a way to erase somebody else's data. If you do not answer, two reminders follow, after 7 and 15 days, and at 30 the request lapses without deleting anything.

Done within a month
After you confirm, usually within days. A last email tells you when it is done. The month is the deadline the GDPR sets (Art. 12(3)).
What is deleted. Your access request — name, email, the Mac and the lines you wrote — every invite code issued to you, and the messages you sent through the contact form. An erased code stops working, so ask for this when you are done testing.
Request sent
- An email is on its way to that address, asking you to confirm. Until you press that button nothing is deleted: if you don't see it, check your spam folder.
- Didn't ask for this? The same email has cancel: press it and the request closes without touching anything.
- After you confirm, a last email tells you when it is done: within a month at the outside, usually within days.
